Serving Others… the Catalyst to Wealth

We live in a very abundant world and I think a lot of people struggle unnecessarily with money because they don’t understand that wealth is created by serving others. The more people you serve, the more wealth you will have.  So if you’d like to create wealth, simply find better ways to serve more people.

It’s also about shifting the focus from ‘what you can get’ to what you can give.

In his bestselling book The Go-Giver, Bog Burg mentions some of the laws of service:

1.    The Law of Value: This states that you should always give more in value than you take in payment. If you focus on the value, the money will come!

2.    The Law of Compensation: Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them. Find a way to give exceptional value and do it on a large scale.

The Formula for Wealth is:

Exceptional Value + Significant Reach = Very High Compensation

If you’re currently not earning the amount you’d like to, you either need to provide more value, or be exposed to and serve more people!

A large determining factor that separates the mediocre from the hugely successful, is they understand that it isn’t about you, (or your product or service). It’s about your target audience and how you can best serve them.
